This week’s print is inspired by the back-to-school vibes that September brings, or in our case, starting school vibes! Our youngest son has started school this September and so we wanted to commemorate that with this week's print. Inspired by our love of vintage children's artwork and also our more recent love of working more with 3D shapes and a contemporary composition, we created ABC for him and his fellow new starters who are off on their brand new adventure.

Even though our first thought of back to school is kids heading back to their routines, I always feel like September has a new year vibe for adults too. It feels like a fresh start, the same way as January can feel, but with even more of a want to learn and try new things. So whilst we designed this week's print as a 'kids' print, we also designed it as a piece to remind all ages that it's never too late to learn new things, even if you're starting at the very beginning of something new. And we think that the mature colour palette and simplicity of the print mean that it works in any space.
