Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is for all Art Prints, excluding Personalised Prints which have had the final design signed off by the customer - see more information regarding Personalised Print returns below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@telegramme.co.uk. If your return is accepted we will provide a return address. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend tracked delivery as we won’t be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty or an error has been made by us.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately at store@telegramme.co.uk if your order is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Personalised Prints
Personalised items where a proof has been approved by the customer can only be returned if they are damaged or there is a printing/framing error.
After final approval of your personalised order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
